This is the home of BTN Help Desk KB, a knowledge base tool to help track knowledge information. Please use the feedback button on the left to submit any questions or comments.

Features:

·        Tool designed for Help Desks to keep track of data related to specific problem categories.

·        Requires Microsoft Access 2000.

·        Automatically pops up a search bar on startup.

·        Can be secured with Access security features.

·        Enter Applications or categories into the Applications table

·        Can relate a problem to 3 different applications.

·        Enter new data with the Knowledgebase form.

·        Search using the Knowledgebase Search form.

·        Solutions can be linked to external document files.

Licensing:
The HelpDesk KB is freely licensed. You need a licensed version of Microsoft Access.
